A 31-storey residential tower delivering 186 apartments in Dubai Marina. Yaqeen Gulf Group served as main contractor and development manager, completing the project on schedule and handing over to owners in 2022.

Development and operation of a 24,000 sqm distribution hub near Jebel Ali Port, with ambient and temperature-controlled space serving FMCG and healthcare clients across the GCC.
Construction and fit-out of a precision components facility supplying regional construction and industrial customers. The plant runs two shifts with annual output of around AED 60M.
Design, build and operation of a managed hosting and cloud centre serving enterprise and government clients, with redundant power and cooling and 24/7 monitoring.
A 2,500-hectare farming concession in Kenya producing grains and horticultural crops for local and GCC markets, with drip irrigation and on-site grading and packing.
