Yaqeen Gulf Group was founded in 2014 on a simple conviction: that the Gulf would remain one of the defining economic stories of the century. We have grown steadily with it, one sector and one project at a time.
OUR HISTORY
From a Single Venture to a Diversified Group
Foundation
Yaqeen Gulf Group was established in Dubai as a trading and contracting business, serving the city's fast-growing construction market. Our founders brought regional networks and a long-term view to every engagement.
Diversification
We made a deliberate choice to diversify rather than depend on one market. We entered energy services and logistics, building resilience into the group and reducing reliance on any single sector.
Regional Expansion
We extended our reach into Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman, opened our first manufacturing facility in Sharjah, launched our technology division, and made our first agricultural investment in Kenya.
Group Maturity
Today, Yaqeen Gulf Group operates seven integrated divisions with a team of more than 220 professionals. We work with government entities, multinationals and private investors across the region.

LEADERSHIP
The Team Behind the Group
Our leadership team combines deep Gulf market expertise with international business experience. Together, they bring more than 60 years of combined experience across our seven sectors.
Abdullah Al Rashidi
Abdullah Al Rashidi founded Yaqeen Gulf Group in 2014 after a career in regional trade and contracting. He sets the group's strategic direction and maintains its relationships with institutional and private partners.
Khalid Al Mansouri
Khalid Al Mansouri joined the group in 2015 and was appointed CEO in 2019. He oversees all seven operating divisions and has led the group's expansion into Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and East Africa.
Fatima Al Zaabi
Fatima Al Zaabi brings 15 years of corporate finance experience from regional banks and investment firms. She oversees the group's capital structure, treasury and investor relations.
James Whitfield
James Whitfield joined from an international infrastructure contractor where he led major projects across the Middle East. He is responsible for operational performance and integration across all divisions.
